Ian D. Lambert, B.Comm.,
President & Chief Executive Officer and Director

 

alt Mr. Lambert has over 40 years of experience in the management and financing of public companies and has held the position of President, CEO and Director of Trade Winds since 1990. Prior to joining Trade Winds, Mr. Lambert held management positions for Deloite Haskins & Sells Associates, Cominco Ltd., MacMillan Bloedel Ltd., and Mobil Oil Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in quantitative analysis and computer science from the University of Saskatchewan. Mr. Lambert's exposure to a wide range of business activities includes experience in oil & gas development, marketing, manufacturing, data processing operations and software development, as well as precious metals and mineral exploration and development. Mr. Lambert has also served as director of several public companies including resource and technology companies. He currently holds directorships of oil producer North Sea Energy Inc., Strategic Mining Corp., and Sunorca Development Corp.

 


 


Harvey M. Lawson,

BSc.Econ., MBA., Chief Financial Officer and Director

 

alt Mr. Lawson’s experience includes 14 years as a Lecturer at the National University of Singapore, the Hong Kong Polytechnic and the British Columbia Institute of Technology. His expertise is in the area of financial management where he began a career 1993 as a Financial Planner holding Securities and Life Insurance licenses. Mr. Lawson is President of Aruba Capital, a private company that provides corporate finance solutions to public companies. Mr. Lawson has been CFO of Trade Winds Ventures since 2001 and currently holds position of director of Resolve Ventures Inc., Cavan Ventures Inc., and Inlet Resources Ltd.

 


 


Bruce Winfield,

P.Geo., Director

 

Mr. Winfield has over 35 years experience in the mining industry and holds a M.Sc. in geology from the University of Western Ontario. He has held positions of increasing responsibility in both the senior and junior mining company sectors. Mr. Winfield has played active roles in the exploration and development of five precious metal mines in Central and South America with companies such as Greenstone Resources, Eldorado Gold, Altoro Gold and Portal Resources.

 


 


Craig Anderson,

CFA, Director

 

CraigAnderson-biopic Craig, as CEO, has managed North Sea Energy since founding it in February 2007. He has over 18 years of experience in financial services with extensive experience financing junior natural resource companies. He carries several Financial designations including the Chartered Financial Analyst as well as the Canadian Investment Manager. He is a member of the Institute of Directors in London, England, is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute and was recently elected to the board of the Canadian Red Cross, Toronto Region. In February 2009, he joined the board of directors of Trade Winds Ventures, a gold exploration company listed as part of the 2011 TSX Venture 50.
